Which data we process
We only process data that you give us yourself:
- Reservation requests: your name, phone number, email address (optional), pick-up location, destination, travel date and time, whether you want a return journey with its date and time, the number of guests and the service you selected.
- Contact messages: your name, phone number, email address (optional) and the content of your message.
- Contact by phone, email or WhatsApp: the details you share with us in that conversation.
We do not ask for special categories of personal data and we do not build visitor profiles. This website has no analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
Why we use your data
- To answer your request and prepare a quotation: steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To plan and carry out your journey and to contact you about it: performance of the agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To keep our administration and meet our tax obligations: a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- To protect our forms against spam and misuse: our legitimate interest in a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your data for newsletters or other marketing, and no automated decisions are made about you.
Where your data goes
The forms on this website are processed by Netlify Forms, a service of our hosting provider Netlify, Inc. Your request is stored there and forwarded to us by email. Netlify acts as our processor: it may only handle your data on our instructions and under a data processing agreement.
Your data goes nowhere else. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes, such as advertising.
Only if it is strictly necessary to carry out a journey you have booked (for example when a selected partner chauffeur drives part of an international itinerary), or if the law obliges us, do we pass on the details required for that purpose and nothing more.
Address search in the reservation form
To help you find a hotel, address or airport, the text you type in the “From” and “To” fields is sent to Photon, an address search service by komoot GmbH (Germany) based on OpenStreetMap. Only the search text is sent, together with the technical data every internet request contains, such as your IP address. Your name and contact details are never part of it.
Hosting and transfers outside the EU
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States). When you visit the site, Netlify processes technical data such as your IP address in its server logs to deliver and secure the website. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, this is based on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses in Netlify’s data processing agreement.
How long we keep your data
- Requests and messages that do not lead to a booking: no longer than 12 months after our last contact.
- Bookings and invoices: 7 years, the retention period required by Dutch tax law.
- Form submissions stored at Netlify are removed periodically once they have been handled.
Cookies and local storage
This website places no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies and loads no content from social networks or advertising platforms. A cookie banner is therefore not required.
We store only one item in your browser’s local storage: your language choice (English or Dutch), so the site opens in your language next time. This is strictly functional, stays on your device and is not sent to us or anyone else. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser data.
Security
The website is only available over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to requests is limited to the people who need it to help you, and we treat all information about our clients and their journeys as strictly confidential.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. Send your request to info@securedlifestyle.nl; we respond within one month. We may ask you to identify yourself, so that we never hand your data to the wrong person.
If you believe we are not handling your data correctly, please tell us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

We may update this statement when our services or the law change. The most recent version is always available on this page.
